I’ve been a customer/client with Carlos for close to twenty years. Yes. I should have left a review a long time ago. He’s a terrific agent and a better person. He, and Thelma, give first class service to us. Over the years we’ve added and subtracted numerous vehicles. We’ve sent both kids to college out of town, both needed renters insurance for campus apartments, we’ve had hail damaged roofs and parked cars that have been hit and totaled. Carlos knows how to handle everything, and does it with a friendly voice and super quick communication.
